Daf Owain has won the Welsh Album of the Year at the 2026 National Eisteddfod in Pembrokeshire.
'Ymarfer Byw' ('Live Practice') was the second album from the Caernarfon singer-songwriter, which was released last October.
The award, which was launched in 2014, celebrates the eclectic mix of Welsh-language music recorded and released during the past 12 months.
Ten artists and bands reached the shortlist for this year's prize - which was announced last week - featuring Ani Glass, Buddug, Casi, Ciwb, Eve Goodman & SERA, Ffenest, Griff Lynch, Lafant, Mari Mathias and Sonant.
A panel of six panel judges from the music industry shortlisted their favourite releases, before voting for their preferred choices - they were Lewys Meredydd, Eluned Haf, Alun Cob, Molly Palmer, Huw Bebb and Cadi Glwys.
