District Inspector Iwan Jones said: "We will relentlessly pursue those who believe they have the right to steal and cause harm to members of our communities."
"We value the support of the retail community, and offenders should know that any attempt to steal from retailers in Gwynedd South will be dealt with robustly, and you will be pursued and brought before the courts.”
A NWP spokesperson said: "We will use the full powers available under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to protect our communities."
