A drug dealer from Bangor has been jailed for three years.
Leon Welling was charged with possessing Class A and B drugs with intent to supply following a raid at his home last July.
North Wales Police said the 25 year-old had been targeting recovering drug users for his own gain.
Caernarfon Crown Court heard officers recovered a haul of heroin, cocaine and cannabis at his address.
On the same day, Welling was arrested at a shop in the city centre where he was found trying to sell his phone.
Following sentencing on Tuesday, PC Scott Jones said: "Welling was exploiting the most vulnerable members of the community, targeting recovering drug users and causing devastating impacts on them for his own monetary gain."
"We remain committed to investigating all intelligence about drugs reported to us to protect and safeguard all Bangor residents."
"Illegal drugs have no place in Gwynedd, and I urge anyone with information about drug supply to report their concerns to police or anonymously via Crimestoppers."
