A Bangor man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman following an incident on Anglesey at the weekend.
Llandudno magistrates heard Jamie Cowell was arrested and charged with assault on Saturday.
The 39 year-old from High Street, Bangor, also admitted further charges of criminal damage and breaching the terms of a restraining order.
Cowell was remanded in custody and sentencing was adjourned until Friday 5th December, when he will appear before a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court.
