Bangor residents are being urged to protect their homes following a recent rise in the number of burglaries in the city.
Officers are advising local homeowners to take steps such as locking doors and windows, hiding car keys from the line of sight and use outdoor lighting or motion sensors to remove dark hiding spots.
North Wales Police also advised residents to make their homes look occupied and consider tracking devices for high value items.
Anyone with information about burglaries in the Bangor area or elsewhere should contact North Wales Police on 101 or via the live web chat, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
