A motorcyclist was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A487 near Bangor.
A motorbike collided with a VW Transporter van on the Faenol roundabout at just after 2.30pm on Friday afternoon.
The motorcyclist was taken to nearby Ysbyty Gwynedd with "potentially serious injuries".
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We are keen to speak to anybody who may have been travelling in the area and who may have captured the collision, or the moments leading up to the collision to contact us."
Anyone with information or who may have dash cam footage should contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101, quoting reference number C100066.
