A cyclist was seriously injured after he was hit by a flatbed lorry near Mona Airfield.
Emergency services were called to the A5 following a collision involving a DAF truck at around 7.15am on Wednesday morning.
A man was taken by ambulance to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor and was later transferred to a specialist trauma unit at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
North Wales Police are appealing for anyone who was driving between Gwalchmai and Mona airfield between 6am and 7.15am on the morning of the collision to come forward.
They also want to hear from anybody with dashcam footage of the cyclist in the area.
