A Pwllheli man was arrested, charged and jailed on the same day after he was caught flouting a driving ban.
Police carrying out patrols in the Bangor area spotted Andrew Smythe driving erratically during the early hours of Monday morning.
The 58 year-old man was arrested for for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Smythe had already been banned from driving just a few months ago.
