Cyngor Gwynedd is urging visitors and residents to plan their visit and any activities over the summer holidays.
The local authority says it's working closely with partners - including North Wales Police and Eryri National Park - to encourage people to act responsibly across the county.
The council is highlighting three key messages - to plan ahead, to park responsibly and to respect local communities.
Cllr Craig ab Iago, cabinet member for the environment, said: "A large number of people visit popular spaces here in Gwynedd every year."
"We are proud to welcome people from near and far to enjoy what Gwynedd has to offer, but we also encourage them to be respectful and plan their visits in advance; from using the appropriate car parks to the use of bus services to explore the area."
"We ask motorists to respect the parking restrictions and keep the roads unobstructed and safe."
"Remember that the Sherpa'r Wyddfa bus service links the popular Wyddfa routes with the surrounding towns and villages, and runs more frequently over the summer months."
Cllr Medwyn Hughes, cabinet member for the economy and community, added: "The Gwynedd coastline is very beautiful, but it's important that everyone who visits is aware of the dangers of the coastline and treats the natural environment with respect."
"Check the weather and tide times before venturing out, and let someone know where you're going."
"Remember to support our local businesses which are an essential part of our communities during your visit to Gwynedd."
