Inspectors have praised council-run fostering services on Anglesey in a new report.
Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) carried out a week-long assurance check in January, which also included social care services for children.
They found the fostering service provides "stable and supportive" homes for children and young people, helping them feel safe and supported while in care.
At the time of the inspection, Foster Wales Anglesey had 128 foster carers across 71 households supporting 89 children.
Fôn Roberts, director of social services at Anglesey Council, said: "It is very encouraging to see Care Inspectorate Wales recognise that the service we provide is of the highest quality."
"Foster carers play a vital role in providing safe, stable homes, and we are committed to ensuring they receive the training, guidance and ongoing support they need to carry out this incredibly important role. Our foster carers are simply amazing!"
The CiW report noted children were supported to build "positive relationships" with their foster carers and were also able to express their views about their care and everyday experiences, enabling them to help shape decisions that affect them.
Inspectors noted the Foster Wales team included staff "from a diverse range of professional backgrounds and experiences", with Welsh-speaking staff available to ensure children's linguistic needs are met.
Foster carers were also given trauma informed training, along with regular supervision and "strong" support networks, while being encouraged to help children take part in activites they enjoy or are interested in, supporting their development, confidence and wellbeing.
The report also highlighted the service's "strong leadership...providing clear direction, oversight and a commitment to continuous improvement".
Cllr Dyfed Wyn Jones, who holds the council's portfolio for children and families, added: "We are extremely pleased that this inspection recognises the dedication of our fostering team and the incredible commitment of foster carers across Anglesey."
"We are always looking for new foster families to join our amazing team and provide a nurturing, welcoming home for local children and young people."
"If you would like to help children stay within our community, I encourage you to contact the fantastic Foster Wales Anglesey team for an informal chat and to learn more about fostering locally."
