A court has heard a Holyhead man hid more than £3,000 worth of class A drugs in a backpack.
Adam Bowen (42) was jailed after he admitted possessing MDMA and cocaine with intent to supply following a raid at his home on St Seiriols Close in February 2024.
Caernarfon Crown Court heard police discovered the backpack with over £3,300 worth of the drugs when they searched his car, after seizing over £1500 in cash at his address.
Bowen's phone, which was also seized, contained evidence that he was selling drugs between August 2023 and February 2024.
He also pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocane and ectasy and possessing criminal property.
Bowen was sentenced to five years and four months in prison.
District Support Sergeant Matt Bentley of North Wales Police said: "This sentence is another successful result for the communities of Ynys Môn."
"We will continue to relentlessly pursue those involved in drug supply and will act on any intelligence received from residents. Criminals who are involved in drug supply cause devastating harm to vulnerable people for their own financial gain."
Last week, another Holyhead man was jailed for five years for drug dealing offences.
