A 28 year-old man has appeared in court charged with possessing an imitation firearm in Caernarfon.
Five men were arrested on Sunday night following a public order incident in the Lon Y Bryn area of the town.
Detectives say Mark Griffiths, of Lôn Helen, Caernarfon, was charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The 28 year-old appeared briefly before magistrates on the town and was remanded in custody.
He will appear before a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court on Monday 21st October.
North Wales Police say increased patrols in the Lon Y Bryn area will continue in order to provide reassurance.
