A man has died after a car crashed into a wall at Bull Bay, near Amlwch.
The A5025 was closed following the collision involving a red Nissan Micra at just after 1.30pm on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services, including the Wales Air Ambulance, attended the scene of the crash, assisted by members of the public.
North Wales Police said the male passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene "despite the efforts of everyone involved" and his next of kin have been informed.
A woman, who was driving the Micra, was taken by ambulance to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with minor injuries.
The car had been travelling from the direction of Amlwch when the collision occured.
Sergeant Leigh McCann of the Roads Crime Unit said: "Our thoughts remain with the man’s family at this difficult time."
"We are urging anybody who may have been travelling along the A5025 through Bull Bay and who may have captured dashcam footage of the collision, including the moment leading up to it, to contact us as soon as possible."
