A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle crash in Mynytho, near Pwllheli.
The B4113 was closed for several hours on Saturday following the collision involving a red Volkswagen Polo car and a black Yamaha motorbike at around 3pm.
North Wales Police said a 67 year-old man, who was riding the motorbike, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family have been informed, along with the local coroner for North West Wales.
Detective Sergeant Liam Morris from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: "I would like to thank members of the public who assisted at the scene following this incident."
"I am appealing to anybody who witnessed the collision and hasn’t already spoken with police to come forward."
"Additionally, anybody with dashcam footage that may have captured either of the vehicles involved prior to the collision should contact police."
