Anglesey residents are being invited to share their concerns with the North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner in Benllech.

Andy Dunbobbin will be holding an advice surgery at the Benllech Community & Ex-Servicemen’s Hall on Wednesday 23rd September from 1-3pm.

Local residents can book 20-minute sessions with the commissioner, who will be joined by officers and representatives from North Wales Police, to discuss crime issues in their communities.

The PCC says the surgeries will help to "bridge the gap" between the general public and the police.

Mr Dunbobbin, a former Labour councillor in Flintshire who was re-elected as commissioner two years ago, said: "I am eager to engage with the residents of Benllech and of the surrounding area at my upcoming advice surgery in order to hear their views on policing."

"The public surgeries that are held by my office aim to provide the people of North Wales with an opportunity for their voices to be heard and listened to allowing for the gap between policing and the public to be shortened."

"Over the past few years of holding these surgeries I have been able to hear a range of perspective on local concerns, big or small, which I have helped address and bring piece of mind to communities."
