Anglesey residents are being warned to be vigiliant following a spate of burglaries in just one day.
Detectives are investigating four break-ins in the Amlwch, Benllech and Pentraeth areas last Sunday (12th April).
Police have not revealed whether the burglaries are linked but they're appealing to residents who noticed any suspicious activity over the weekend to come forward.
Matt Bentley, District Support Sergeant for Anglesey, said: "I am particularly interested in speaking to anybody who witnessed or has footage of suspicious activity in the above areas during Sunday afternoon."
"I would encourage residents to take precautions to improve their home security by keeping windows and doors locked, leaving a light on in the evenings, and keeping valuable items out of sight."
"Please share this advice with elderly residents or neighbours who are not on social media."
Anyone with information about the burglaries should contact North Wales Police on 101 or via the live web chat, quoting reference no. 26000288556.
