A major search is underway on the Menai Strait after a person reportedly entered the water.
Emergency services, including police, coastguards and the fire service, are combing the area around Menai Bridge following the report at just before 9.45am on Friday morning.
The Aeronatical Rescue Co-Ordination Centre is also assisting.
A HM Costguard spokesperson said: "HM Coastguard is coordinating the response to an incident at the Menai suspension bridge at about 9.45am today (20 September)."
"North Wales Fire and Rescue, North Wales Ambulance, and North Wales Police were also alerted."
There are no further details at the moment but North Wales Police are appealing for anyone who was travelling along Menai Bridge between 9.20am and 9.45am and saw anyone walking in the area to call 101, quoting reference no. Q142472.
