A community rally will be staged later this month against plans for two major solar farms on Anglesey.
The Alaw Môn and Maen Hir projects have attracted public opposition would see solar panels being installed at four sites, covering around 3,700 acres of land.
The two schemes, with a capacity of 160MW and over 350MW, would produce enough energy for over 130,000 homes.
Plaid Cymru have accused developers Enso Energy and BP Lightsource of showing "little regard for the concerns raised".
A final decision on the Alaw Môn project is expected from the Welsh Government by the end of the summer after developers Enso were told to submit more information to planning inspectors last December.
BP is expected to submit its final proposals for the larger Maen Hir scheme by the end of the year.
Protest organisers say the rally will be held in Llangefni town centre on Saturday 26th July from 10-11am.
In a joint statement, Plaid MS Rhun ap Iorwerth and Plaid MP Llinos Medi said: "There’s a strong feeling on Ynys Môn that these developments go against the interests of our communities and that the developers have shown little regard for the concerns raised."
"Solar has an important part to play in our effort to decarbonise, but industrial-scale projects like this on productive land will have a significant detrimental impact on communities and on the agriculture and tourism sectors whilst providing very little economic contribution locally and very few jobs."
"We continue to make the case to both UK and Welsh Governments to reject the proposals and back more innovative ways of developing solar and other renewable energy projects instead. We also encourage anyone who wants to learn more or who is concerned about these developments to join us in the community demonstration on the 26th of July.”
