A Barmouth woman caused more than £10,000 worth of damage at a house she was banned from visiting.
April Lock was charged with criminal damage and theft following an incident at an address on Jubilee Street, belonging to a housing association, last June.
Llandudno magistrates heard she forced open two doors, damaged the locks and smoke detector and spraypainted over twelve CCTV cameras.
The total cost of damage involved was around £10,660.
On Tuesday, Lock was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for a year, and ordered to pay compensation.
District Inspector Iwan Jones of North Wales Police said: "Those who continue to cause harm and disruption in our communities should expect relentless action from the police."
"We will use every available power and work closely with our partners to target repeat offenders, disrupt their behaviour, and, wherever possible, bring them before the courts."
