Two men are being questioned following two drugs raids in the Holyhead area.
Detectives say a significant amount of suspected ketmaine and cocaine was seized along with a large amount of cash on Friday morning.
The pair, aged 22 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of drug supply and remain in custody while enquiries continue.
North Wales Police said both raids were carried out as part of an ongoing crackdown on the supply of ketamine locally.
PC Andy Jones said: "We continue to listen to and act on information and concerns reported to us by the local community."
"We will not tolerate those who seek to exploit the vulnerable residents of Anglesey for their own monetary gain."
"Anybody with information about drugs in their area should contact police or report concerns anonymously through Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111."
