Two men have appeared in court following a series of drugs raids across Anglesey and Bangor.

Four people were arrested on Monday during searches on eight properties and three vehicles in the Bangor, Cemaes Bay and Menai Bridge areas.

Detectives say a substantial amount of drugs and a large sum of cash was seized, along with high value items, including watches.

Aaron Owen (32) of Menai Bridge and Jordan Lee Jones (29) of Bangor were both charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis.

Owen is also accused of being concerned in the supply of MDMA and 2C-B, as well as possessing cannabis with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.

Both men were remanded in custody by Caernarfon magistrates until Monday 19th October, when they will appear before a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court.

Two people arrested on suspicion of supplying drugs were released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
