A popular Welsh language music platform created by two siblings from Y Felinheli is expanding with the launch of a new app.
Awni? (meaning ‘Shall we go?’) was launched in January last year, providing details of Welsh and bilingual gigs on an interactive map.
In that time, it's attracted over 35,000 visits from more than 17,000 users and has been used widely by artists, promoters and venues for upcoming shows in both Wales and beyond.
The website was developed in partnership with Sain Records and supported by the Welsh Government.
Martha Owen, who created the site with her brother Jona, said: "We kept hearing the same thing - ‘I didn’t know that gig was happening."
"The website showed there was real demand for one clear place to find Welsh-language events. The app is the natural next step, making it even easier for people to discover gigs and support their local venues."

The new free app allows users to follow their favourite artists and trending events in their ara, along with alerts about new dates and ticket releases.
Last month, the Welsh Government announced live music venues would be eligible for a 15% relief cut in their business rates next year as part of a wider scheme aimed at the hospitality sector.
Welsh Language Secretary, Mark Drakeford, added: "Cymraeg belongs to us all, and everyone should have the chance to use it and enjoy Welsh-language culture. I’m proud to support the Awni? app, which makes it easier to discover the vibrancy of the Welsh-language music scene."
The Awni? app, created by Carmarthen-based company Mollin, is available to download on iOS and Android devices.
