Police are appealing for witnesses following a chase involving a green Kawasaki motorbike in the Llanfaelog area.
The male rider, accompanied by a female pillion passenger, failed to stop for police at just before 3.45pm last Thursday afternoon.
An unmarked police motorbike entered the pursuit, which continued for around 15 minutes along the A4080 entering Llanfaelog and then into Rhosneigr.
North Wales Police said they are particularly keen to hear from the drivers of three vehicles that were in the area around the time of the chase.
PC Philip Owen from the Roads Crime Unit said: "There were several drivers who witnessed the pursuit and I am keen for them to come forward."
"I am particularly interested to speak to the driver of a Green Dacia that was travelling through Bryngwran towards Treban at 3.37pm, the driver of a blue Ford Puma leaving Rhosneigr towards Llanfeuog at 3.45pm and the driver of a Porsche Cayman S."
"If you believe you are the owner of one of the above vehicles please get in touch with police. Additionally, I am also appealing for anybody who has dashcam of the motorcycle prior to or during the pursuit to contact us."
Detectives are also appealing for anyone who saw the motorcylce on the A5 through Bryngwran towards the Treban crossroads, then between Engedi and Rhosneigr, and the A4080 at Llanfaelog to come forward.
