Caernarfon Town will kick off their Cymru Premier campaign with a trip to Cardiff Met on Saturday 9th August.

The Cofis, under manager Richard Davies, are expected to play their home games at Llandudno's Maesdu Park, due to redevelopment work at The Oval.

Caernarfon finished fourth in the league last season and reached the European play-offs, only to lose to Haverfordwest County in the final for a place in the Europa Conference League.

Their first home game will see them entertain Cymru South champions Llanelli Town, who are returning to the Welsh top flight after a six-year absence.

The opening month also sees Caernarfon entertain Bala in the first of this season's Gwynedd derbies on Bank Holiday Monday, before visiting Haverfordwest for a replay of last season's play-off final on 30th August - a game which will be streamed live by S4C's Sgorio.

Colwyn Bay visit the Cofis on Saturday 27th December followed by a New Year's Eve clash at Bala, before the first phase ends at home to Connah's Quay Nomads on Friday 9th January.

This Cymru Premier season will be the last before the league expands from 12 teams to sixteen - with most games expected to be played on Friday nights and the introduction of a VAR-Lite system.
