The draw for the opening rounds of the Nathaniel MG Cup will be unveiled on Wednesday night.
Newly promoted Holyhead Hotspur will learn their first opponents of the new season, which kicks off with the first round on the weekend of Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July.
The twelve Cymru Premier clubs - including Caernarfon Town - enter the fray in the second round, along with six second-tier teams, namely Aberystwyth Town, Trethomas Bluebirds, Newtown, Airbus UK Broughton, Holywell Town and Llandudno.
There are just two wildcard entries this season - with both Cardiff City and Swansea City expected to field their youth teams in the southern section.
Holyhead's first round tie will mark the curtainraiser to their new season, which sees them return to the Cymru North for the first time in six years.
Hotspur are ball number eight in the northern section of the first round draw, while Caernarfon are ball number three in the second round draw.
Last season, the Cofis reached the third round of the cup, where they were beaten 3-2 at Connah's Quay Nomads.
The draws can be seen on the FAW's RedWall+ channel at 8pm on Wednesday.
