Holyhead Hotspur have been drawn at home to Buckley Town in the first round of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
It will mark the curtainraiser to Hotspur's season as they return to the second-tier of the Welsh pyramid - the Cymru North - after a six-year break.
The winners will have home advantage against Newtown in round two of the northern section in August.
The Robins were relegated from the Cymru Premier last season after 33 years as one of the league's founder members.
Caernarfon Town will entertain Colwyn Bay in the only second round clash between two top-flight clubs.
The Cofis, under manager Richard Davies, reached the third round of last season's competition before they were knocked out by Connah's Quay Nomads.
The first round ties will be played on the weekend of Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July - with the second round being played on the weekend of Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd July.
