Trearddur Bay are facing relegation from the Ardal North West after they were refused an FAW Tier Three licence for next season.
The club, who have played their home games in Bangor this season, were one of just three clubs from the North to be refused following a two-day meeting this week.
Trearddur Bay, who were denied a licence on personnel grounds, have ten days to appeal the decision.
It's been an eventful season for the club, who reached the quarter finals of the Welsh Cup, before being knocked out by eventual runners-up Flint Town United.
But in the league, Bay were also docked three points for fielding an ineligible player in a league win over Pwllheli in December.
Then in January, they hit the headlines when Tom Taylor elbowed Porthmadog's Danny Brookwell - which led to the midfielder's departure from the club, a suspended prison sentence and an indefinite FAW ban.

Among the successful applicants, Nefyn United have been promoted after being crowned champions of the North Wales Coast West Premier.
United could go onto achieve a league and cup double when they take on Nantlle Vale in the final of the Snowdonia Fire Protection Cup on Friday at Treborth, Bangor.
Most of the third tier clubs successfully obtained licences to retain their places in the Ardal North West League next season, including Bethesda Athletic, CPD Pwllheli, CPD Y Felinheli, Llangefni Town and Porthmadog, who will need to win a play-off final if they're to clinch promotion to the Cymru North next season.
Fourth tier clubs Menai Bridge Tigers and CPD Nantlle Vale both obtained Tier Three licences despite missing out on the league title, while among those refused were Gwalchmai and Taylsarn Celts.
Barmouth & Dyffryn United, CPD Penrhyndeudraeth and Gwalchmai all withdrew their licence applications.
