At MônFM, we’re proud to be a community radio station for Anglesey and North Gwynedd — shaped by the people who live here. As part of our commitment to being accountable to our community, we’ve created a Listener Panel to make sure your voice is heard.

🎧 What is the Listener Panel?
The Listener Panel is a group made up of local listeners and volunteers who meet regularly to share feedback, raise ideas, and help guide the direction of the station. It’s a space where people can discuss how MônFM can best serve the community — on air and off air.

🪑 How it works
The panel meets at our studios or another local venue.

The meetings are open and friendly, with opportunities for members to share honest opinions.

The panel is chaired by a volunteer who is not a member of the MônFM Board, to ensure independence and transparency.

Feedback from the meetings will be used by the station to improve, change or continue what it is doing.

💬 Why it matters
Community radio is about local voices and local accountability. The Listener Panel helps us:

• Stay in touch with our community’s priorities.

• Reflect local culture and language (Welsh and English).

• Make sure our programmes inform, stimulate and entertain.

• Strengthen links within our community.
