1. Promoter  
The promoter is MônFM (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility  
2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the competition.  
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

3. Entry Period  
3.1 The competition will be launched live on air by Rhys Eds on MônFM.  
3.2 The competition will run for a period announced by the presenter on air.  
3.3 The closing time announced on FM is final. Listeners must base the closing time on the FM broadcast, not the online stream.

4. How to Enter  
4.1 To enter, listeners must telephone 01248 722224 during the competition window announced on air.  
4.2 Entries by text message, WhatsApp, social media, or any other method will not be accepted.  
4.3 Calls made before the competition opens or after it closes will not be counted.

5. Entry Restrictions  
5.1 No purchase is necessary.  
5.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for calls that are not received, are cut off, delayed, or fail due to network, technical, or line-capacity issues.  
5.3 Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification  
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid telephone entries.  
6.2 The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the competition closes.  
6.3 The winner will be notified by telephone using the number they called from, or by another reasonable method chosen by the Promoter.  
6.4 If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable time, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. Prize  
7.1 The prize is one (1) family ticket to see Bangor 1876 vs Trefelin BGC at Bangor City Stadium on Saturday the 13th, kick-off 2:00pm.  
7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash or other alternative.  
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.  
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to change, substitute, or cancel the prize or the competition at any time if circumstances require.

8. Publicity & Data Protection  
8.1 By entering, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the competition, including having their name mentioned on air, if requested.  
8.2 Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.  
8.3 The Promoter will not share personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize or by law.

9. Liability  
9.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.  
9.2 Subject to this, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, disappointment, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, including any issues arising from attendance at the match.

10. Governing Law  
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance  
Entry into the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
