1. Promoter  
The promoter is MônFM (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility  
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other company directly associated with the competition.  
2.2 Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period  
3.1 The competition will be launched live on air by the MônFM presenter.  
3.2 The presenter will announce the closing time live on FM — this FM closing time is final. Only entries received by that time will be valid. (Entries based on the time of the online stream will not be accepted.)  
3.3 To enter, listeners must send a WhatsApp message to 01248 722224 containing exactly the word “Bangor” (without additional text or punctuation).

4. Entry Restrictions  
4.1 No purchase necessary.  
4.2 Entries sent after the announced closing time will not be accepted.  
4.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted, or for any technical or communications failures or incompatibilities.  
4.4 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

5. Winner Selection & Notification  
5.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries.  
5.2 The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the closing time.  
5.3 The winner will be notified by WhatsApp or a phone call using the contact details provided on entry.  
5.4 If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of notification, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner, selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

6. Prize  
6.1 The prize is two (2) family tickets to see the match between Bangor 1876 vs Trefelin BGC at Bangor City Stadium on Saturday 13th (kick-off 2:00pm).  
6.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash or other alternative.  
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.  
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize (or these Terms & Conditions) at any time, without prior notice.

7. Publicity and Use of Data  
7.1 By entering the competition, each entrant consents to the Promoter’s use of their name, likeness, voice, place of residence (county only) and entry for promotional, broadcast and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or permission (unless prohibited by law).  
7.2 The Promoter will use entrants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its privacy policy. Entry information will only be used for administration of this competition and contacting the winner.  
7.3 The Promoter will not pass entrant details to third parties, except where required to award the prize or for legal or regulatory reasons.

8. Liability  
8.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud.  
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for:  
    a) any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize;  
    b) any variation in the value of the prize;  
    c) any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prize; or  
    d) any act or default of any third party supplying the prize.  
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions without notice or liability if circumstances arise outside its control (force majeure).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction  
The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
