Trearddur Bay have retained their place in the Ardal North West after winning an FAW licence on appeal.
An appeals body, meeting in Cardiff on Tuesday, overturned the decision and granted licences to three other North Wales clubs, including Corwen, FC Queens Park and Rhostyllen.
A fifth club, Ffostrasol Wanderers, lost their appeal due to their infrastructure.
Nefyn United were promoted to the Ardal North West after winning the North Wales Coast West Premier title, while Porthmadog have been promoted to the Cymru North after beating Knighton Town 3-0 in Tuesday night's Ardal Northern play-off final in Aberystwyth.
