Police have been dealing with anti-social driving on the beach at Morfa Bychan during the Bank Holiday weekend.
Officers say they've received numerous calls about vehicles being driven "in a careless and inconsiderate manner" on Black Rock Sands.
Two tickets have been issued for causing alarm or distress under section 59 of the Road Traffic Act, while two traffic offence reports were also handed out for careless driving.
North Wales Police said officers have the power to seize vehicles if drivers' continue their behaviour and their vehicles are stopped again.
A spokesperson added: "We would also like to remind the public that we utilise both marked and unmarked police vehicles, so enforcement can take place at any time. Please drive responsibly and help keep our beaches safe for everyone."
A 10mph speed limit is in place for driving on the beach at both Morfa Bychan and Machroes.
