Caernarfon arts venue Galeri has named its new chief executive.
Nia Arfon will take up the role in February, after working for ten years at Menter Môn, leading its language, young people and strategic regneration projects across Gwynedd and Anglesey.
She replaces Steffan Thomas, who was suspended on full pay, before leaving the role in August after pleading guilty in court to stalking a woman.
He was given a restraining order and 120 hours of community service.
Nia Arfon, who has lived in Caernarfon with her family for seven years, has been responsible for Menter Môn's community enterprise portfolio, including Arfor, the Grymuso Gwynedd SPF programme and the Circular Economy projects.
Meleri Davies will take charge as Galeri's interim chief executive until 3rd February 2025.
