Police have seized two vehicles driven by the same man within just three days.
Patrol officers stopped the first vehicle in the early hours of last Saturday and found the driver only had a provisional licence.
He was arrested after it was discovered he had no insurance and was suspected to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Two days later, officers caught the same man in the Criccieth area driving another vehicle, which was also seized following routine checks.
North Wales Police are still awaiting the results of blood tests from the first stoppage before they make a decision on any charges
A NWP spokesperson said: "We will continue to target those individuals who put other road users at risk but we need your help too."
"Please tell us of any person you aware of who is driving without the relevant licence or insurance or believed to be driving under the influence."
